Masterclass Session Times: We run our Bourbon Masterclasses Friday & Sunday afternoon at 4pm. Bourbon Masterclasses will begin again in June 2022.
We’ll be distilling a Genuine Kentucky straight bourbon using low wines imported from Louisville, Kentucky. Distilling and blending the spirit according to the rules of bourbon and then filling 1 litre new American oak barrels for you to take home and age, and then enjoy!
What’s Included:
Kick off with a an old-fashioned cocktail.
An American oak barrel with 1ltr of bourbon whiskey
A Charcuterie plate along with gin and vodka tastings.
Discussion around the golden rules of bourbon making.
