Liz makes a fiiiiiiine gin indeed – her Christmas Gin is my fave. Another perfectly clean spirit that blends itself with whatever your preference. Delicious neat on rocks, but my favourite way is with a splash of elderflower cordial, half tonic and mineral water, cucumber for fruit. Tastes like summer!
