WHETHER THE SUN IS JUST HEATING UP OR DIPPING BELOW THE HORIZON AS DUSK DESCENDS, SUNSET GIN IS ALWAYS READY WITH REFRESHMENT AT HAND.
Combining Yarra Valley Shiraz and our classic Wild Rose Gin, the two complement each other perfectly, like Bogart and Bergman.
Floral notes charm the nose and even before berries introduce themselves to the palate. Consider a couple of strawberries to garnish and you have a sweet summer sunset in a glass.
They say in Casablanca, “we’ll always have Paris”. We’d add that we’ll always have summer, and we’ll always have Sunset Gin.
TRIPLE DISTILLED BARREL AGED VODKA
Mystery. Intrigue. Character. Bogart had these qualities in spades. Now, our Triple Distilled Barrel Aged Vodka embodies them.
This charismatic vodka has been aged to perfection in oak bourbon barrels. The barrels were made in Kentucky (the former home state of our copper pot still Eliza Jane), where they held bourbon for 8 years before travelling to Tasmania to house Australian whisky for 5 years.
The ageing process infuses in the vodka with five alluring flavours that reveal themselves as time goes by. It’s best served neat, on ice, or with a dash of soda to full appreciate a vodka with all the complexity and charm of Bogart himself.

On first sip you appreciate the deep floral and citrus flavours. The next sip could reveal the earthy tones that weren’t apparent before. And it’s followed a moment later by a sweet, smooth finish. But don’t mistake this complexity.

Nothing says Melbourne gin more that a one that’s inspired by the botanicals found in and around the Abbotsford convent. The flavours are sweet and earthy on the palate, with a hint of coconut and orange citrus. Perfect for the classics like Martini and Negroni. From the city that has four seasons in one day, it’s perfect all year round. Enjoy it straight or add rosemary and dehydrated lemon to a glass filled with ice and tonic.
