SHIPPING & GENERAL INFORMATION
The distillery and cellar door is open for masterclasses, tastings and sales by appointment. Please call Liz on 0418 569 058.
Masterclasses are run Saturdays and Sundays between 12pm-2.30pm and 5pm-7.30pm.

We offer free delivery storewide for purchases over $99. For purchases less than $99 we have a local flat rate charge of $12 within Australia and we also offer free local pickup from our distillery in Errol St, North Melbourne. Please enter your address into the shipping field to see costs for your area.
We aim to deliver to you within 3 working days. Please bear in mind that courier and postal delays may sometimes occur due to extreme weather events and Covid and we cannot be held responsible for these delays outside of our control.
You will receive an order confirmation via email. Once your order has been shipped you will receive another email confirmation from us.
A tax invoice is provided with every order and you will receive this via email.
We can make custom and personalised gin and vodka with your own label, graphics and artwork for your next event, special occasion or corporate gifts. There are no minimum quantities for 500ml or 700ml size bottles. Talk to Liz about quantities for the 50ml options.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
All orders are paid for immediately via your chosen credit card using Square as our payment processing system.
Add any of our products to your wishlist so you can remember it for next time you order! Or send a link with your wishlist to a friend as a cheeky hint for something you’d like!
Let us know straightaway if your order is incorrect or damaged. If your order is damaged please take some photos of the packaging and the product so we can raise it with our delivery service provider. We will refund or replace any damaged packages that are our fault and we will happily exchange items if we got your order wrong!
Once your order has been collected by our courier you cannot change or cancel it. If you have any queries prior to the order being shipped, please contact us ASAP.
Yes, all the prices on our website include 10% GST.
