The barrels were made in Kentucky (the former home state of our copper pot still Eliza Jane), where they held bourbon for 8 years before travelling to Tasmania to house Australian whisky for 5 years. The ageing process infuses in the vodka with five alluring flavours that reveal themselves as time goes by.
