We run our special Christmas Gin Masterclasses on specific dates in November and December 2023 and then again in January and February 2024 both in the afternoon and the evening. Then your gin guide will help you select botanicals for your very own Christmas inspired recipe - choose from 4 flavours including : Sparkling Shiraz Fireball Spice Mixed Berries & Cream Coffee & Chocolate Now the real fun begins as you weigh up your botanicals and run the gin through the stills. While your spirit is distilling hear about fun facts about the history of gin, distilling in Victoria and Christmas presents. Finally you have a 700ml bottle of your Signature Christmas Gin to take home or you can make 12 x 50ml bottles to give as gifts!
