This charismatic vodka has been aged to perfection in oak bourbon barrels. The barrels were made in Kentucky (the former home state of our copper pot still Eliza Jane), where they held bourbon for 8 years before travelling to Tasmania to house Australian whisky for 5 years. The ageing process infuses in the vodka with five alluring flavours that reveal themselves as time goes by. It’s best served neat, on ice, or with a dash of soda to full appreciate a vodka with all the complexity and charm of Bogart himself.
