Court House Lemon Myrtle Gin is a Gin Collaboration between Here’s Looking at You, Kid Spirits and the chefs and bar staff from The Court House Hotel in North Melbourne. We wanted to create a House Gin to celebrate the grand opening of the Hotel.
This delightful Australian craft gin has classic clean juniper and is citrus driven. There is a sweetness to it that ends with a very dry finish and it lends itself to the perfect martini, as a sipping gin on ice, or a Gin and Sonic (tonic and soda).
